NixHex is designed as an offline single-player game. We respect your privacy and keep data processing minimal.
1. Data We Collect
We do not collect personal data, account data, or analytics identifiers.
2. Local Data Storage
Game progress (for example current level, stars, and best score) is saved locally on your device using Apple system storage. This data does not leave your device.
3. Network Usage
NixHex does not require network connectivity for core gameplay and does not upload your gameplay data to external servers.
4. Third-Party Services
NixHex does not use third-party advertising SDKs, tracking SDKs, or external analytics services in the core offline experience.
5. Children and Age Suitability
NixHex does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Since no personal data is collected, exposure is limited to local gameplay data only.
6. Your Controls
You can reset or remove local game data by deleting the app from your device. Reinstalling the app may create a fresh local save.
7. Policy Updates
We may update this policy for legal or product reasons. The latest version will always be published on this page with an updated effective date.
